Meet April

Hey y’all! I’m April, just like the month. I’ve been working with kids for as long as I can remember. My first job was teaching kids arts and crafts at summer camp. After 10 years as an elementary school teacher in both general education & special education settings, I’m currently in my 10th year of homeschooling. I absolutely love being creative, learning & exploring new topics, and inspiring kids to find that joy too. I started Grade School Giggles as a way to help busy K-3 teachers plan engaging lessons in less time with done-for-you differentiation, hands-on activities, and low-prep resources because we all need a little help keeping up with everything.
