Help The Office Find Your Class With Free Where Are We Signs

If you’ve been teaching for a while, I’m sure you’ve experienced the office staff needing to find your class when you weren’t in your room. Whether it’s for a tardy student, an early checkout, or some other reason, it’s important that the office staff can find you without searching through the whole school. These free “Where Are We” signs can help!

Even though the office probably has a copy of your schedule, it’s a good idea to use a “Where Are We Sign.” The signs look really cute if you hang them with some ribbon on a hook.

Pick a sign. Print it out and hang it on your classroom door. Then, just use a clothespin or magnet to show where your class is whenever you leave the room. You could also assign a student to change it whenever you leave the room.

“Where Are We” signs are easy and effective. They’ll help the office staff, special area teachers, and support staff find you and your students without searching.
