“
If you teach in an early elementary school grade, you probably teach graphing. Daily graphing practice is an important part of mastering it.
Graphing is an important skill in the primary grades. Students need repeated exposure to master graphing and data interpretation. Daily questions can be a great way to cover these important skills.
This pack includes the materials to complete 20 different daily graphs that are seasonally appropriate for the month of April. Many are related to April topics such as April Fool’s Day and Earth Day, while others relate to more general spring topics like weather and flowers. Each question can be graphed as a pictograph or a bar graph. Every question also comes with two versions of a worksheet (pictograph and bar graph versions) which make a flipbook focusing on data interpretation skills required by the Common Core Standards for first grade.
This product is aligned specifically with the first grade standards, but it may also be appropriate for kindergarten or second grade classrooms working on graphing. Please see the preview to t determine if it meets the needs of your specific classroom.
