It’s perfect for practicing the addition skills in the Common Core Standard 1.OA.6, which focuses on adding sums up to twenty. Students can independently match the problems and sums or use them to play a matching game with a partner. The cards can also be used with a pocket chart as a whole group activity.
The set includes two different recording sheets (sums up to 10 and sums of 11-20) and answer keys. The variety of facts allows for easy differentiation so students can practice at their level simply by being given problems with sums of 1-10, problems with sums of 11-20, or all of the problems together.
